This Privacy Policy explains how ScensobConnect, Inc. ("ScensobConnect", "we", "us") collects, uses, and shares information when you use our services (the "Services").
1. Information we collect
- Account information: name, email, phone, role (worker/employer/agent), tax identifiers (SSN/EIN — encrypted at rest), profile photo, address.
- Verification documents: ID, certifications, background-check disclosures.
- Work-related data: shifts, attendance (incl. GPS check-in/out), timesheets, ratings, training completions.
- Communications: messages between workers, employers, and agents on the platform.
- Device data: browser, IP, approximate location, push-notification tokens.
2. How we use your information
To operate the Services (match workers to shifts, verify credentials, calculate pay), to ensure compliance (HIPAA, OSHA, state licensure), to prevent fraud, and to communicate service updates. We do not sell personal information.
3. Sharing
We share information with the employer/agent you are working with, payment processors (Stripe), email/SMS providers (Brevo), address verification (Lob), AI providers (only for explicit features like matching), and law enforcement when legally required.
4. Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, or export of your data at any time. CCPA/GDPR requests can be filed at privacy@scensobconnect.com.
5. Retention
We retain employment records for the duration required by applicable labor law (typically 7 years). Account data is deleted within 30 days of account closure unless retention is legally required.
